TERRY GARMON
Terry is Co-Owner and CEO of Priority Restoration & Construction. Terry grew up in Cobb County, but has lived in Cherokee County for the last 20 years. During this time he has seen how fast our community is growing and developing. With years of experience in the construction industry, Terry's expertise in remodeling and custom trim and cabinet work led to the establishment of his own company. As a father of three boys and one daughter, Terry understands the importance of creating a safe and comfortable home for families. With his knowledge and passion, Priority Restoration & Construction is dedicated to providing top-notch services to the growing community.
SHEA MILLSAPS
Shea is Co-Owner and President at Priority Restoration & Construction. Shea also grew up in Cobb County. Shea has lived in Cherokee for 19 years. She is the mother of Chase (21 yrs) and Mady (18 yrs). Having two children that attended school in the community, it was clear that Cherokee County was growing and developing very quickly. With several years of experience in the Insurance industry, Shea is comfortable with and knowledgeable of the claims process. She is always available to answer any questions one may have during this time. As for the name of the company, Terry and Shea believe it is important that our clients know that their project is our #1 Priority.
How We Help after a Loss
For someone who has never had to file a claim, this process can be more than overwhelming. That is why it is important to have a contractor who will help you out along the way. At Priority, we will help you file the insurance claim and meet the adjuster at your location at the scheduled time. Once you receive the estimate from the insurance company we will review it to make sure everything is accurate. If there is anything not listed in the estimate, we will provide the insurance company with a supplement. This will show them what items were repaired or replaced that they have not provided payment for. This process allows us to alleviate some of the out of pocket costs for our clients. We will also provide the insurance company with final documentation which will allow them to release any final payments required by the policy.
